Workshops for workplaces
With a former career in corporate affairs and marketing and now qualifications in psychology, counselling and coaching, I have worked with many senior executives, entrepreneurs and C-suite (both 1-1 and in group programs). I can deliver lunchbox talks or induction sessions around the role of alcohol in workplace culture, mental health and personal brand.
Having worked in the corporate sector and in employee assistance programs, I understand the cost of alcohol in the workplace in terms of productivity, reputational risk, absenteeism and presenteeism.
Our group sessions and/or workshops combine lived experience and relatability with the most up to date science and research.
